Overview
The Architecture (ARC) program at VGU, in cooperation with Anhalt University in Germany, offers an international study opportunity.
Architecture is a field that combines art and design with ecological, economic, and natural science requirements, fully conveying expertise with a focus on practical aspects.
Studying architecture means learning to design and plan – from urban environments to construction details. For example, cities and buildings affect the lives of individuals; outdoor and indoor spaces, as well as landscapes and gardens, contribute to societal well-being.
The focus of the bachelor's degree in architecture at VGU is on design and structural engineering, as well as planning aspects of urban development. The knowledge and practical examples taught at the university cover a wide range of contexts, such as humanities, art design, natural sciences, engineering, economics, law, ecology, from classic architectural drawings and models to animations and virtual scenes.
